Day 3

I woke up in the middle of the night because a strange noise...I slowly approached the door and a large black spider with glowing red eyes lunged at me, I jumped back and grabbed a stick to defend myself from the attacker. It couldn't get in and it took a while to kill it but I managed.


I carefully peered out for anymore of the over sized beasts, all clear, I don't think I could handle a whole pack of them.


Later on in the day I cleared the trees out the front of my house to give me a better view. Too bad there's a giant cliff behind them. I may have to relocate my house to another area, on higher ground.


None the less, I started expanding the house, not too much just a little extra space.


I went for a little walk and found some coal and what looked like iron ore. I'll come back tomorrow and mine these but for now it's getting dark best head back.


I was very unaware that this island was inhabited by aggressive monsters like that. I'm gonna need to make some to defend myself, a sword or...something and I'm gonna have to keep a lock on the door. Where exactly am I?!
